When Manon came to me with a business idea about tarts, I couldn't say no... I'm french, so this is a big part of my food culture!
Petite Tarte – which means small tarte – is all about enjoying this declinable balanced dish as an on-the-go option for lunch and meetings/events alternatives from sandwiches.
Her desire was to make her brand looks french, modern, elegant but simplistic to target a large audience.
